PREVENT HAIR LOSS
1. Do not use hair dryer to dry your hair too frequent, constant heating and drying can lead to brittleness and fragility that causes hair loss. so aim to dry it naturally then drying it with heat.
2. Never dye your hair more often than 6-8weeks, slow down for dyeing and try to semi-coverage rather than full dyeing.
3. Careful how you style your hair, some styles that require tight pulling and elastics, clips & etc. cn be cause hair loss if you done it daily basis.
4. If you have already know that you had hair loss, avoid cutting layers as that will lose a lot of your hair!
5. Avoid brushing wet hair. Also avoid brushing hair too frequently as it will increase hair loss!
6. Do not rub your hair to vigorously with a towel after bathing, this can also lead to hair breakage. Pat it gently to dry.
7. Get your stress under control, get enough sleep and do more exercise. it will improve your scalp.
8. Different food can make your hair better, make suree you eat food that have:
- Iron
- Protein
- Vitamin C
- Zinc
- Biotin
- Omega 3-Fatty acids
9. Avoid eating Raw-egg whites and had very low-calorie liquid diets!

11. There is a way you can check how you get hair loss. Using your index finger and thumb, holding a bunch of hair around 20-30 hairs and pull it slow and firm. if they are more than 6 hairs come out at a time you may have loss hair problems.
