So excited! Its my first time having food tasting!

Once we reach there and i feel so sorry because most of them have reach ><

I was really excited that what kind of food do EighteenChefs sell.

As everyone have reached and settle down, Chef Benny is here to brief and talk about what EighteenChefs is all about.

Do you want to know how Eighteen Chefs started?

So, you see the photo above and there is Chef Benny who is talking about how Eighteen Chefs started. Everyone was listening to his story. I am so surprised after i heard the story ><

Chef Benny was released from prison in 1993, he was turned away by the employer politely due to his previous drug record.

The name Eighteen Chefs was 3+6+9, don't misunderstands first if you know the meaning. Actually the meaning of Eighteen Chefs is telling those youngster not to be gangster instead they can be chefs.

Chef Benny founded Eighteen Chefs, a social enterprise which employs and train delinquents, drug offenders in 2007.

A former drug addict, Chef Benny turned his life around and became the first Singaporean to be trained at Jamie Oliver's restaurant, Fifteen.

I remember there is Eighteen Chefs at Yishun, i always past by about 2 years ago?

You also will understand most people will judge people came out of prison and do not dare to hire them to work. But Chef Benny and the manager open Eighteen Chefs to hire people who are past prisoners. No qualifications are needed too! Because the workers promised Chef Benny that if they had a chance to work , they willing to change to become a better person (:

They also don't mind their tattoos and piercings! Because i can see that Chef also want the customers to know that "Don't judge a book by its cover" Its true~

This is the first time i heard people sold eggs at different degree, somemore is 64! Not 50 or 100, haha! Cool~ "This egg cooked at 64degree for an hour, yolks that are perfectly cooked to the thickened but runny texture" - Chef Benny

Guess what, Vivian (@Veeviisme) teach us how to suck an egg she say it taste more delicious! Haha, i recommend you to try too because i have i tried it was unique and nice. Its different when you eat with a spoon!

I want to eat this again!! Its super nice, i know most people will think ---> "Same as garlic bread what, just spread on top on the bread"

Wrong wrong wrong, at first i tried and dip into the garlic sauce and it feels oily. But after you dip for the second time it taste damm nice, i really like this alot! You should try!
