OREO CUPCAKE!
This is a normal & simple cupcake recipe, actually i learn Vanilla cupcake from youtube and then i try to create oreo cupcake myself
Actually the cupcakes are inspired by Jojo & Natalie!
So you need:
1 &1/2 Cup - Self-raising flour
1 Bar - Unsalted Butter
2 - Eggs
4 Spoons - Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon - Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon - Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon - Milk
3 - Oreos Crumbs ( You can put more if you want )
1 - Whipped Cream
Cupcake papers

Firstly, Mix the unsalted butter & caster sugar together and remember to mix it well~

While you are mixing do add a teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, Love the smell♥
And, it will become something like this! :)
Its smooth and soft!
Next, you got to add the Self Raising Flour and mix with a teaspoon of Baking Soda~
After you have mix the "Whiteys" and you may add in the previous mixture and stir well~
Adding eggs inside, remember to stir and mix it well. You are not going to eat eggs inside the cupcakes ><
Mix it well and it will become like this! (Y)
Crush the cookie to crumbs if you dont have or you can buy it outside.
Add inside the mixture and stir~
Lastly, add a teaspoon of milk!
( Prevent it sticking on the paper)
Prepare the cupcakes papers on the tray with aluminium place on top of it!
Put around half of the mixture into the cupcake papers
Remember to add a small amount of water inside the cup and put it in the oven because the cupcake will become too dry and you will get thirsty easily~
Baking in progress~
By the way, i use this kind of oven to bake and you only need to set to 10mins for small cupcakes & 15mins for the bigger ones. The heat i set to both upper and lower heat. which is the max~
Use a toothpick to poke inside and check whether it is cooked anot. If when you take is clean that means its cooked!
Let it cool down for 10mins-20mins
You can put additional decorations if you want to :)
I will be putting whipped cream !
